What artwork files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, SVG, PDF — and iPhone photos (HEIC) work too, no conversion needed on your end. 25MB max per file.
A transparent-background PNG works best — it lets your design sit clean on the shirt with no white box around it. For crisp results, aim for around 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. If your file comes in low-res, we’ll flag it before you check out so there are no surprises when it’s pressed.
Can I upload an SVG?
Yes — simple SVGs with plain paths and shapes work great (and stay crisp at any size). For security we reject SVGs containing embedded styles, scripts, or data links; if yours gets declined, export it as a high-resolution PNG instead.
How long until my order ships?
3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time.
Team and bulk orders may take a bit longer — we’ll let you know at checkout if that’s the case.
How do I take care of my DTF print?
Our shirts are pressed with DTF (direct-to-film) transfer, and they’ll last if you treat the print right:
- Wash inside-out, cold water
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat
- No bleach
- Never iron directly on the print
What’s your return policy?
These are custom, made-to-order goods, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives with a defect or misprint, we’ll make it right — reprint or refund. See our Policies page for the full details.
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?
Yes — free local pickup in Palm Beach Gardens. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you the moment your order’s ready.
Do you do team or group orders?
Absolutely. Send us one design and we’ll press it across your whole team’s size run — use our size grid at checkout to specify quantities per size. Reach out via our Contact page to get started on a bigger order.
