Returns & Refunds
Every order is custom, made-to-order apparel — pressed specifically for you after you upload your artwork. Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar.
If something’s actually wrong with your order — a defect, a misprint, or damage — we’ll make it right:
- Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order
- Send us a photo of the problem via our Contact page
- We’ll reprint your order or refund you, our choice, at no cost to you
Shipping Policy
- Flat rate shipping: $8, or free on orders $100 and up
- Free local pickup available in Palm Beach Gardens, FL — we’ll email you when your order’s ready
- Orders are pressed to order; see our FAQ for current production + shipping timelines
Privacy Basics
We keep this simple:
- We only use your information (name, email, shipping address, payment details) to process and fulfill your order
- We do not sell your information to third parties
- Artwork files you upload are kept private and used only to produce your order
